Ellen brings over 20 years of human resources and project management experiences focused on change management, high performance organization, and total rewards. She is experienced in developing and implementing performance management process, annual merit, bonus, and options administration, job structure, market and internal analysis, job reclassification, benefits policy bench-marking and harmonization, wellness programs, annual benefits open enrollment and acquisition due diligence and integration. Ellen has worked with large and mid-size organizations such as Covidien, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Raytheon, Sensata Technologies, Baxter Healthcare, Cognex Corporation and University of Michigan.

Ellen holds a MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Michigan. Ellen is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork and is fluent in Mandarin.

 

David MerrillDavid Merrill – Advising Consultant

David’s professional biography includes a variety of issue related projects addressing the design, development, and implementation of compensation and employee benefit plans for salaried and executive level employees in profit and not for profit organizations.  In addition to extensive US experience, he has had major HR and Compensation assignments in Brazil, Mexico, England, France and Canada.  He also handled expatriate issues in Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and England.

During a career of more than 30 years David has held executive positions with major corporations. He also has had related experience with one of the world’s largest private consulting firms, and has been self-employed as a Management Consultant and as an Actuarial Consultant.

David has an MBA and Chaired the Personnel Policy Board of his town for 11 years.

 

Zachary profile

Zachary Weinberger – Managing Consultant

Zachary is an experienced global consultant and business advisor and an expert in compensation, benefits and global rewards. He has worked in large, medium and small companies, both for profit and not-for profit, as an executive and internal consultant or as an external consultant helping address the full range of human resources issues.  Zachary has lived and worked in Latin America and the Middle East and has worked on six of the seven continents.  Organizations he’s done work for include Covidien, Crane Co., MasterCard, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and State Street Bank.

Zachary is a leader with a track record delivering strategic solutions and leading change. With exposure to multiple industries, he has a reputation for initiating continuous improvement in a collaborative and consultative manner. He understands the dynamics of organizations and the challenges of creating change.  Zachary has the experience, knowledge and ability to understand local and global business and HR issues and risks, and to identify, recommend, develop and apply creative and cost effective total rewards solutions.

Zachary has over 25 years of experience complimented by a Masters in ILR from Cornell, a JD, from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).  Zachary has served on a variety on non-profit and community boards and as a university adjunct instructor.
